The authenticity of the matter is that Uganda’s laws are the most desirable and cherished in the whole of sub-Saharan, East and Central African region and that’s why countries like Rwanda and Seychelles are willing to pay Ugandans like Jus Kanyeyihamba to go and administer legal duties to there nationals- isn’t this great Your Excellency?

The magnitude at which the famine in Teso region is has humbled a young politician in Kampala this morning.
Kivumbi Earnest Benjamin stranded with what to do about the people of the North has resorted his way to the United States embassy in Kampala to plead before the newly delegated Ambassador to find remedy for the people.
Before the embassy officials this morning, Kivumbi broke into tears while narrating the gravity of the situation in Teso.
In his letter he has forwarded to the Ambassador he states;

Your Excellency the Ambassador of United States in Uganda;
I would like to officially welcome you to land of splendor widely known as the Pearl of Africa.
Your processor Ambassador Steven browning has done a tremendous work with his services while here and I must appreciate him.
I wish him the best of his stay in the U S and pray a living Legacy will be left behind in his foot new marks in which the American descendants will be proud of.

At this time your Honor sir, my people in Teso Region (North Eastern) are terribly indescribably hit by famine and one by one are dying without help.
The children, elderly, women, and marginalized people break me into tears when think about them!
According to the pictures I am receiving and phone calls from that Region it’s self evident that famine has taken another level, it’s so high on the pick that even the birds an animals can acknowledge it except the vultures who are anxiously yelling to feast alongside their comrades the house flies at the death of our people.

When we focus on Teso region, there’s a lot that comes to our memories because we can’t forget how the floods hit this region causing thousands displaced and a dozen of them joining there ancestors before the almighty their creator.
Houses, livestock, and property got destroyed in the event of these floods your Excellency.
Your honor the Teso region has equally succumbed to prolonged droughts that the rest of region in the country has not experienced apart from Karamoja.

Your honor at this moment I nearly collapse with the Joseph Kony Lord’s residence Army (LRA) war by its humiliating and painful consequence sin the region that caused one of the worst humanitarian crises in the Eastern African Sub-Saharan region.
With all these incidences numerically occurring one after another, the people of the North have cursed the day they came on this planet, which has favored, whole-heartedly recieved some in joy leaving others vagabonds, and refugees on their own planet.
The people regret being Ugandans under a government that almost assumes they are not part of Uganda with its negligence expressed towards them.
This has brought an option of desiring secession and they have a cause your honor though most us never wished so.
I personally do not believe in the barbaric violent measures of getting to power by civil wars, guerilla or rebel activities but God must judge over this if the parable in the Bible of woman who sought judgment from the king with her frequent disturbances was latter considered how about my people in the North?
The allegations of a rebel group to our notice is a result of hatred and agony that or brothers and sisters have on heart against the Government.
if it has totally refused a share of the national cake with these people it should tell the world otherwise we shall not sit back to witness the inferiority complex imposed on them to aces proper education, health services, infrastructure and being recruited in the health services. God forbid, to hell with this Government!

Your Excellency members of Parliament from the region have made up their minds to boycott parlimentally sessions in going back and find food for there people by this your can now tell the gravity and magnitude of the crisis!

On this note therefore Your Excellency, I appeal to the International community through you your Honor sir;
To table out revolutionary measures for the people of the North.
I would like President Obama to channel his donations alongside his counterparts through organizations other than the Government of Uganda for the betterment of the African blood in that region otherwise my people are like sheep without Sheppard.

When our wive sare sent abroad for medical treament and our children access health sericives in best hospitals,

When all our property is insured and there`s nothing to worry about we tend to think avery one is like us.

Gentlemen and ladies there millions arround who do not have even space out side not inside to lay there jaws!
There millions who can`t afford even going to a clinis for drugs of 5o pennys.

The martyrdom since the creation of the universe has been witnessed 123 years in East Africa. Uganda has since then showed the world its true identity concerning matters
Of belief and religion.
Over 13 Ugandans perished on this day of 3rd June including many teenagers of age 16-19 that made me including many get disturbed by itching & perplexing questions of the nature of these young men who were butchered live by Mukajanga on the orders of Kabaka Mwanga.

Many thugs have also been arrested for hooliganism and Dr Besigye`s Blackberry has been taken away by a thug.
Such incidences happen, I remember my N96i was also taken in the same way while Sematimba`s final rally in Natete grounds after president Museveni`s speech.
Former Nigeria’s president Obasanjo also lost a phone in such a manner at the burial of Mwanawasa-Zambia`s former president.
Amongst the first citizens I have cited personally is Prime minister-Rt Hon Apollo Nsibambi,Mr Sebbana Kizito-DP Boss and it’s like the President is also around coz the security is so tight guys.


I must say Dr Ashraf Semogere one of the Ugandan filmmakers we have has done a tremendous work for his movie THE PASSION OF UGANDA MARTYS-MUKAJANGA that I can see being distributed.
I must grab my own copy because the title it’s self has inspired and I think we should support him. Please look for that movie I know it must be in different librallies so that we support him to make more films.

To night my people at this point i have been provoked to say something about Pastor Robert Kayanja of Lubaga Miracle Center- Kampala Uganda.

Much as i wanted to stay quite about these scandals, i can`t resist any further now and as the future president this is my stand about Pastor Robert Kayanja.

Ever since i was a child, i have seen Kayanja on the Television and moving in crusades preaching the word.

I have seen this man from the state of poverty to where he is now.

I have read his books and sen how his church has risen from swamps to a magnificent tiled and glassy building now implying that Kayanja has taken time to build his name and the church to what it is now.

Kayanja has fathered many children by getting the m out of the street,provide them shelter,food,clothing,education and thus securing a future for them.

I have seen myself this Pastor opening branches of Miracle center around the country and today it has about 100 branches including naturing and training pastors in these churches.

I have seen pastor Kayanja hosting great men of God from all over the world which forced Newspapers to write that Uganda`s now polished.

I remember within the course of the journey near shell Kazzi the car experienced some technical faults and the driver had to fix it.
In spite of all that, God was so good that everything went smoothly till when we reached to the hospital maternity ward.
However one of the puzzling event that happened at your birth is that the doctor took over 30 minutes to recognise your lively hood.

My achievements in the last nineteen years are so many.

Tomorrow i am celebrating 20 (twenty) years and my first 20 years have proved significant indeed giving alot of hope for my continent and the entire world.

"Fansio is now 13 years but i can`t move her any further..." Says the Old woman.

comrades this young man who is half a British and half a Ugandan by names of Fansio Kutesa 13 years living with his grand mother residents of Masajja B Zone-Namasuba Parish,Makindye Sub country,Wakiso district,Central Uganda-East Africa is unlikely to not to finish his Primary Seven.

Here is his Story according to the old woman-Grand ma Justine Nakiyinji Babirye -50years.

"This grand son of mine was dumbed by her month when he was 11 month old and she disappeared up to now.

Initially the mother was in love her fellow classmate of almost the same age who made her pregnant at 17 years.

This young man was a son of a British who lived in Lubaga-Kampala suburb during the era of President Idi Amin Dada who had made me pregnant and in 1972 when Amin was expelling the Asians, he too left the country living the baby of 2month to me.

I raised the young man up to 18 years when he impregnate the classmate and also disappeared from and when Fansio was dumbed to me at 11 month i`ve taken care of him up to now."

"Fansio is now 13 years but i can`t move her any further ,you understand my son Earnest (telling me) i used to work for D.K,"(David Kanyerezi,owner of D.K Hill School Namasuba Entebbe Rd) where i attended my O.Level and A.Level partially and this lady had been nick named "Jaaja Cups" because her work was to prepare porredge for the students.

" And when i i could no longer work any more i left which meat that Fansio who could study on my salary would not proceed any more.

Today I m my legs are so weak with pain and that's why I only taking care of those pigs...

i sincerely n`t know the fate of my grand son after failing to continue with education."

We can help the young man while he claims his future education career.

Who knows weather he could be a very important persons in this country or bak to his home land in U.K?

We are very disappointed with our Security organs which are paid tax payers money to protect Ugandan`s alongside their property.

We highly regeat the occurrence of such an incidence and we ask the President to take an action about his men who have started to remind us Amin`s era where security personnel's were the most hated people because of their tyrannous heart.

President Museveni can`t just come here and express sadness,let him assure Ugandans that such an incidence must not happen again by punishing the fellow PGB officers who were at the scene while their comrades nailed innocent people down!

We shall not contain such governance,the time is now and i command that Uganda should be liberated from these tyrants.

My press conference on Friday was hectic yet i had also proceeded to Acrobatic Mission Fellowship Club in Kawempe at Ma'am Ida`s place in the night thus coming back late.

The fact that i was so tired the i woke up late and couldn't`witness Angela&Daniel making their vows at All Saints Church in Nakesero there attending the reception which venue was slight near my residence on Entebbe Rd.

So latter alone in the evening around 5:30pm,i grab a taxi and afterwards a bodaboda motor bike and behold i arrive at the serving time when almost every one is eating apart from a few still lined up behind the dinning tables.

I think twice and decide to join the line.

With my Buffet tray having a bottle of soda and fruit salads a glimpse of an empty chair strikes my eyes and i ask the white gul opposite whether any one is occupying it;

Good enough she says no.

She`s almost finishing her meal at the time i am beginning to eat but we never talk to each other while eating.

When i finish i look at her and notice that some thing fascinating on one of her hands.These are African craft beads.

I`"Oh thank U!" she says.

After a couple of minutes i say;

My name is Earnest.

She poses for a while and then remembers that she`s supposed to tell me hers.

"My name is Sarah.",she says.

Great to meet you Sarah.

Great to meet you too Earnest she says.

Oh yes! it`s quite fantastic!

Sarah is dressed in a blown sleeveless top with long blackish-brown hair covering her shoulders and a short, I remember a short white skirt.
I am in a Nigerian attire that blue Kitenji and I passed to my Barber-Saloon first before I could come here and I hope I look pretty good!

How long have you been in the UG?
"Quite two weeks" she answers. "We come from Sweden"
I introduce myself fully to her, telling her what exactly I do and my aspirations of leading this Nation alongside my 2011 Kampala Central Member of Parliament strategy–and this is after her telling me about herself.
Sarah tells me she’s 25- latter when I ask her and her friend Linda 26.
Oooh! you people look too young!
Wow! She says and when she inquires about my age I said I’ll email it to her but she insists she would like to know and I finally tell her but doesn’t comment anything on it.
She asks me whether I am married or not and I respond no. This is after posing a query about her marital status upon which she answers no!

Both of them are having their Internships of the same course Travel&Tourism and have been in some countries of Africa that include Egypt& Tanzania.
I’m amazed that Linda is such a linguistic character who can speak French, Swedish, English, German, Italic& Spanish.
The only challenges that these gals have faced so far while in UG is that Linda had lost her Pass port around Nakasero market but reported to CPS and got some assistance for a new one and may be Traffic jam is what they comment on.

At the time I ask Sarah for us to join the Brides for a dance, she first hesitates but latter alone accepts and to assure you guys Cameras can’t keep away from us! The Future President gets too free which amazes his voters the more!
Any way it’s such a wonderful moment I m experiencing for the first time people see me dancing publicly and more free than ever!

I don’t club, drink, smoke or use drugs and I believe Uganda definitely needs a character like me!

Mr Semsu is one of the Heroes who has fighting that Bodaboda cyclists are not evicted from Kampala. He assured the I.G.G Js Faith Mwondah that more storms are to to hit her because she`s has always brought down the innocents.

According to the inquiries I have made; these protesters are to heading to Parliament with their banners shouting no to Homosexuality and different statements to show their emotions
Approximately 200 people representing different regions f Uganda, accompanied by vehicles with public speakers and the sons of Maj Gen Kale Kaihura are vowing to die till when Gay/Homosexuals remains a myth in this country that they claim to be God fearing.
I wish I could join them but I’m hosted for a Political talk show in 3o minute’s time.

Amongst the people cited is young Radio One Kimeza Politician Lutwama Africa who holding a banner after shouting at me Mr President.

Well let me wish them the best but this reminds me of my Peace full Demonstration last year over Road Safety &following Massive Accidents that had claimed a number of Road users towards the end of last year.

British Prime Minister Sir Winston Church Hill didn’t just wake up one morning and baptized Uganda the pearl of Africa in early 19 century.
He must have traveled the whole of Africa before coming here and when he arrived he was sure of what he was talking about.
After seeing and witnessing the humble giraves,roaring waters of the Nile, the Natural green cover, beautiful wild life, cool climate, amazing water falls, unique culture, strong kingdoms,mountains,the proud people and all other geographical sceneries.
He had no option than naming this country the Peal of Africa.
Honestly this is what this country has been but it will only stay in books for our descendants to read and I m sure they will ask why Sir Winston Church Hill named it so because of what they will be seeing-for their will be nothing to back up his statement!
Our leaders care less about the Environment all they prefer is making their warrets happy.
That’s why I wasn’t surprised when President Museveni ordered for the eviction of the Birds that harbored on Nakasero State House trees in the name of keeping it free from their droppings.
Places like Wandegeya were named after their own nature but right now you can look for the flock of birds there and you do not see any!
The herbs recommended to people who utilize the traditional medicine are hardly found today, what happened? We have preferred development than preserving the Environment which development we call buildings -God forbid!
A forest that has existed for centuries is ordered to be cleared in the name of investors.
Reports say that members of the security organs mostly the army conspire with the National Forest Authority (NFA) to forests in different parts of the country for timber and charcoal.
National Environmental Management Authority (NEMA) has performed her tusk but too late because people have continued to settle in wetlands and game parks where poaching has prevailed.
Are we winning or losing the battle?
Absolutely no! That’s why the whether is no longer predictable. This hinders agriculture since farmers are not certain of the specific seasons to plant for the seasons where they expect no rain it’s when it does rain!
Floods will continue hitting our regions like Karamoja and drought in the central regions.
WAY FORWARD
It’s never too late to revive the glory of this Nation to what Sir Winston Church Hill had termed it.
We ask the people who have occupied game reserves to vacate them and poaching to be stopped.
Tuff laws should be passed against those who degrade and miss use forests.
Finally Rwanda’s ban of Polythen bags "buvera" should an example that Uganda must adopt and this should work immediately.

You can`t believe it,the diginty that Kabaka poses can`t even be equited to that of the President.

This was the first impression that fascinated me last friday evenning while at a cock tail party in honour of His Majesty Kabaka Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II on his 54th Birth Day Anniversary at Bulange Gardens where i had been invited by the (Prime Minister) Katikilo Eng J.B Walusimbi.

The Bulange Gardens Birth Day Anniversary followed the thanks giving service that took place at Namirembe Cathedral on Mon-13th-Apri-09 in the name of celebrating the 54th year of the life of His Majesty

For the first time in the History of my life i had never been so close to Kabaka as i was this time.

The king shook my hand as He welcomed a number of other Guests who were invited.

Amonsgt these was the Speaker of Parliament Hon Edward Kiwanuka SSekandi,Artoney General Hon Kiddu Makubuya,Foreign Diplomats who included the British High Commissioner,Germany Ambassador,Tanzanian Ambassador,Politicians like Hon John Ken Lukyamuzi (Conservative Party Boss),Mr Ssebaana Kizito( D.P) ,City tycoons and many Governemnt officials.

Pastor Wison Bugembe (Komawo Ekka) Messach Semakula (Njagala Nyimbire Omutanda) Ronald Mayinja ( Tuli Kubunkenke) and many more Music Artists entertained the Guests as Medi Nsereko Ssebuliba (Kiriza Obaga-CBS) did the M.C work with his Comrade.

Along side Nabagereka "Queen" who was dressed in a red glittering dress,the Kabaka served us a cake togetjher with Excellent Proffessional waiters &Waitresses who attended to us every after 5 minutes!

Kabaka was offered an Expensive huge Art piece by the Buganda Ministers and Kampala LCIII Chairman Mr Nyakana Amooti offered a luxury Royal speed Boat with words "Sabasaajja"

In His Prime Adress the King emphasised appreciations to CBS Fm Station for the tremendous work done as far as promoting kingdom issues is concerned.

Kabaka`s servants in different Buganda provinces were also appreciated whom He called "Eyes of the King"

He hit little on Buganda`s demands for his speeche was entirely appreciations.

I met and saluted the British High Commissioner and a number of other delegates and all i can say is thatmy attendence in person was so significant.
