Kivumbi Attacks Obama and Donors over Ug Gay Bill

We the people of Uganda are clear and will always be clear on this;

We have rejected gay and therefore have no room for homosexuals & lesbians in our country.

We stick to morals, ethics and culture of our land; we believe that our fore bearers were not less emotional and short-sighted not to practice this devilish dirty act.

We respect the nature in which man was created and all attributes that God attached to him.

The White House, specifically President Obama, Donors and those individuals who think that the Gay Bill must not be in acted into Law should know that this is Uganda and must respect this nation.

If in case gays stay in there land amicably, they must know they won`t here; and they must not dictate on how Uganda should be.

If there aid has strings attached in this way, so is the time for them to withdraw it, we shall not let our Government continue to receive aid and donations from people of this nature.

The reason why U.S seem like it`s abandoned by God in the last Ten years with all the anarchy it has gone through must be attributed to the way it has chosen about evil.

U.S is the leading in circulation and exporting of pornography around the world, it has no objection to gay, prostitution and abortion God forbid!

I stand on my two legs to say that God has shifted his presence from a land like this and that’s why countries like China which have zero tolerance on evils of the kind are now prospering and if U.S is not serious 20 years are much for it to loose it`s title as the World strongest Power.

This will go to China and finally to Africa.

They stand warned!!

Uganda Gov`t Put on Gun Point to Open 88.8,89.9 CBS & 104.1 Ssuubi Fm Radio Stations;Ultimatum ending Jan 3rd 2010.

getting close to 90 days ever since this mighty nation experienced an historical moment of tension appearing in the wide spread riots that claimed lives of Ugandans and there property-horrific scenes
We desire not to witness again not even by the future generation.

Four radio stations were closed and so far two are back on air leaving questions why the two in particular CBS & Ssubi Fm are not opened.
This is why People` s Development Party demands justice from the Uganda Government, particularly the National Broadcasting Council.

We do not know why for all this time the two radio stations remain closed yet there counter parts are now in service!
This brings us assumptions as to whether there emerged a war against the Buganda Kingdom masterminded by the Central government; Let them explain!
We are confident that the two Kingdom stations played various roles in promoting
Unity, culture, values & morals and development after role the kingdom has no reliable
sources of funds to facilitate many of it`s programs.
When a particular member of the/media allegedly abuses some of his profession ethics or commits an offence within the scope of his duties;
Issue summons to him as an individual so that his rights may be exercised, there`s therefore no need of closing the whole media body.

Hundreds of workers on these radio stations remain jobless yet no damages where instituted to them.
Funs who enjoyed programs like Africa Special, Ensi no Bwengula, Kiriza oba Gana,
Muna U, kalisoliso,Sports,Bwakedde Mpulira, Kalasa Mayanzi, Evenning Cruew, Amawulire, Ekyotto are now cursing whoever has a hand in this.

PDP demands immediate reinstating of these Fm stations with special damages offered because besides earnings from adverts normally at such a time like this the stations would be mobilizing people for end of year concerts.
We have given the government 3o days to open CBS & Ssubi and failure to do so we shall drag it to the African Union tribunal, involve the East Africa parliament after all our
Parliament with all it`s mandate has not taken interest whatsoever.
The Human Rights watch is there and many other International bodies are willing to intervene;
Donors must know that violation of the freedom of Press and humanity is evident in Museveni era.

The Government of Uganda must apologize to journalists individually and even compensate them.
They remain a mirror for the society and therefore shouldn`t be blamed for running, publishing and writing on various things.
If you seem to be dirty and ugly, you do not have to break the mirror for the image it shows you instead try to make sure you clean yourself o you`ll have a good image in the mirror.

Government should apologize to the 6 journalists who were allegedly tortured at Entebbe Airport while on there way to Nairobi while coming from Somalia.
This is so ridiculous and black mails the image of our country.

For God and My Country

The battle against HIV/AIDS will continue but must be fought collectively;

BATTLE AGAINST HIV/AIDS

PRESS RELEASE THUR-3RD-DEC-09
E.K BENJAMIN

4O million people around the world are confirmed to be living with HIV. And 22.4 million are in Sub Saharan Africa.
Yesterday but one Uganda joined the rest of the world in commemoration of the world AIDS day;
A relatively small percentage of our people can access ARVs yet over 1 million are living with HIV in our country.
Statistics continues to say that over 1 million have succumbed to HIV/AIDS living over 1.2 million children orphans!
This implies that our efforts in fighting the disease require acceleration, we still have a big tusk in reducing the level at which HIV is spreading.

The People’s Development Party extended a contributory hand over the weekend in mobilizing students in Makerere for the Awareness Match around Wandegeya and finally to Nkrumah Grounds under the theme "Universal Access to HIV/AIDS Services& Human Rights."
The event was officiated with Major Lubalamira Lubanga who has boldly confessed being HIV +ve always!
Personally I co-held the banner as we matched.
We equally participated in the AIDS events in Nakivubo stadium and encouraged our people to go for testing.

The battle against HIV/AIDS will continue but must be fought collectively;
Members of the Press& Media, politicians, Non Governmental Organizations, social workers, individuals, religious & cultural leaders must all join hands with the Government and International health bodies if we are combat the risks of HIV/AIDS
spreads and prevention.
We feel depressed and insecure to see that the public has not received thorough knowledge on how to fight an reduce HIV/IDS and that’s why PDP is now involving with groups and individuals who fight the disease
Our people in the villages of Nakapiripit, in the islands of Ssese, Internally Displaced Camps, Refugee areas, in the district of Rakai, Masaka, Sembabule and all over the country must be given support and access information to help them live healthy including
those who are already infected so that they may live longer.
It should be only an issue of distributing condoms in Institutions of learning and public places but to fully inculcate knowledge that will both boast moral fabric as well as sensitization.

Reports say that at the time between 1990-2001 where ...
