Kivumbi Attacks Obama and Donors over Ug Gay Bill

We the people of Uganda are clear and will always be clear on this;

We have rejected gay and therefore have no room for homosexuals & lesbians in our country.

We stick to morals, ethics and culture of our land; we believe that our fore bearers were not less emotional and short-sighted not to practice this devilish dirty act.

We respect the nature in which man was created and all attributes that God attached to him.

The White House, specifically President Obama, Donors and those individuals who think that the Gay Bill must not be in acted into Law should know that this is Uganda and must respect this nation.

If in case gays stay in there land amicably, they must know they won`t here; and they must not dictate on how Uganda should be.

If there aid has strings attached in this way, so is the time for them to withdraw it, we shall not let our Government continue to receive aid and donations from people of this nature.

The reason why U.S seem like it`s abandoned by God in the last Ten years with all the anarchy it has gone through must be attributed to the way it has chosen about evil.

U.S is the leading in circulation and exporting of pornography around the world, it has no objection to gay, prostitution and abortion God forbid!

I stand on my two legs to say that God has shifted his presence from a land like this and that’s why countries like China which have zero tolerance on evils of the kind are now prospering and if U.S is not serious 20 years are much for it to loose it`s title as the World strongest Power.

This will go to China and finally to Africa.

They stand warned!!

Uganda Gov`t Put on Gun Point to Open 88.8,89.9 CBS & 104.1 Ssuubi Fm Radio Stations;Ultimatum ending Jan 3rd 2010.

getting close to 90 days ever since this mighty nation experienced an historical moment of tension appearing in the wide spread riots that claimed lives of Ugandans and there property-horrific scenes
We desire not to witness again not even by the future generation.

Four radio stations were closed and so far two are back on air leaving questions why the two in particular CBS & Ssubi Fm are not opened.
This is why People` s Development Party demands justice from the Uganda Government, particularly the National Broadcasting Council.

We do not know why for all this time the two radio stations remain closed yet there counter parts are now in service!
This brings us assumptions as to whether there emerged a war against the Buganda Kingdom masterminded by the Central government; Let them explain!
We are confident that the two Kingdom stations played various roles in promoting
Unity, culture, values & morals and development after role the kingdom has no reliable
sources of funds to facilitate many of it`s programs.
When a particular member of the/media allegedly abuses some of his profession ethics or commits an offence within the scope of his duties;
Issue summons to him as an individual so that his rights may be exercised, there`s therefore no need of closing the whole media body.

Hundreds of workers on these radio stations remain jobless yet no damages where instituted to them.
Funs who enjoyed programs like Africa Special, Ensi no Bwengula, Kiriza oba Gana,
Muna U, kalisoliso,Sports,Bwakedde Mpulira, Kalasa Mayanzi, Evenning Cruew, Amawulire, Ekyotto are now cursing whoever has a hand in this.

PDP demands immediate reinstating of these Fm stations with special damages offered because besides earnings from adverts normally at such a time like this the stations would be mobilizing people for end of year concerts.
We have given the government 3o days to open CBS & Ssubi and failure to do so we shall drag it to the African Union tribunal, involve the East Africa parliament after all our
Parliament with all it`s mandate has not taken interest whatsoever.
The Human Rights watch is there and many other International bodies are willing to intervene;
Donors must know that violation of the freedom of Press and humanity is evident in Museveni era.

The Government of Uganda must apologize to journalists individually and even compensate them.
They remain a mirror for the society and therefore shouldn`t be blamed for running, publishing and writing on various things.
If you seem to be dirty and ugly, you do not have to break the mirror for the image it shows you instead try to make sure you clean yourself o you`ll have a good image in the mirror.

Government should apologize to the 6 journalists who were allegedly tortured at Entebbe Airport while on there way to Nairobi while coming from Somalia.
This is so ridiculous and black mails the image of our country.

The battle against HIV/AIDS will continue but must be fought collectively;

BATTLE AGAINST HIV/AIDS

PRESS RELEASE THUR-3RD-DEC-09
E.K BENJAMIN

4O million people around the world are confirmed to be living with HIV. And 22.4 million are in Sub Saharan Africa.
Yesterday but one Uganda joined the rest of the world in commemoration of the world AIDS day;
A relatively small percentage of our people can access ARVs yet over 1 million are living with HIV in our country.
Statistics continues to say that over 1 million have succumbed to HIV/AIDS living over 1.2 million children orphans!
This implies that our efforts in fighting the disease require acceleration, we still have a big tusk in reducing the level at which HIV is spreading.

The People’s Development Party extended a contributory hand over the weekend in mobilizing students in Makerere for the Awareness Match around Wandegeya and finally to Nkrumah Grounds under the theme "Universal Access to HIV/AIDS Services& Human Rights."
The event was officiated with Major Lubalamira Lubanga who has boldly confessed being HIV +ve always!
Personally I co-held the banner as we matched.
We equally participated in the AIDS events in Nakivubo stadium and encouraged our people to go for testing.

The battle against HIV/AIDS will continue but must be fought collectively;
Members of the Press& Media, politicians, Non Governmental Organizations, social workers, individuals, religious & cultural leaders must all join hands with the Government and International health bodies if we are combat the risks of HIV/AIDS
spreads and prevention.
We feel depressed and insecure to see that the public has not received thorough knowledge on how to fight an reduce HIV/IDS and that’s why PDP is now involving with groups and individuals who fight the disease
Our people in the villages of Nakapiripit, in the islands of Ssese, Internally Displaced Camps, Refugee areas, in the district of Rakai, Masaka, Sembabule and all over the country must be given support and access information to help them live healthy including
those who are already infected so that they may live longer.
It should be only an issue of distributing condoms in Institutions of learning and public places but to fully inculcate knowledge that will both boast moral fabric as well as sensitization.

Reports say that at the time between 1990-2001 where ...

KIVUMBI GIVING HOPE TO AFRICAN CHILDREN

HOPE FOR OUR CHILDREN

Speaking to Journalists last week in Kampala Kivumbi said;

Governments and many Organizations across the world consider children important and are seen as today & tomorrow’s future leaders. There therefore given special priorities and opportunities to make there lives better and prepare them to face different challenges of life.

The People’s Development Party has been analyzing and is moving around to find out the state of Ugandan children and how best we can make children’s future secured.

We believe that children in this country and the rest of Africa must be given close attention in respect for Morals, Education, Rights, Health, Social Life, Culture, & Equal Opportunities.

Kivumbi at  age of 1

We have realized that many children have been victims of torture, many have been neglected and rejected by there families, a big number of them are orphans and victims of HIV/Aids, many in spite of the Universal Primary Education (U.P.E) remain in gardens and shambas as scare crows to birds and monkeys, others have been forced live on streets yet some others become prostitutes at a tender age.CLICK HERE 4 MORE PICS

In villages some have been forced in early marriages for materialistic purposes, others engaged in child labour, some have been attributed in child trafficking;

Reports say that the numbers of those kidnapped has escalated and child sacrifice continues to prevail in various parts of the country.

We consider it important as P.D.P to join individuals, groups and organizations that have come up to fight for the rights of our children and to ensure improved standards of living for them.
We are however disappointed that up to now there no government aided and established rehabilitation centers for those children  abandoned and who appear vagabonds in there own country.
We should know and understand that these are our own blood and there’s no justification if we choose to neglect them.

REF: LDC 09.10.26

TO: DEP DIRECTOR
CC: SECRETARY
BCC: GUILD OFFICE

Dear;
RE: UNDESIRABLE & PUZZLING SERVICES OF THE LDC PHOTOGRAPHER/I.D MAKER.

In reference to the statement above, I hereby present my complaint to you.

Mid Late October 2008 is when I contracted with the above party in charge of the services stipulated above whose phone number is 0782192984 having made his offer to me in respect to the pictures he took during the 2008/09 Guild campaigns of which I was a presidential candidate.

I consider this act (taking me pictures) to be voluntary since I am not the one who requested for his services.
I went ahead to give him the money for the six (6) pictures he showed on his digital camera that he had taken but since that time he has given me a lot of headache, wasted my time and tortured me psychologically in failing to execute the contract.
How long will he deceive me and till when will I be taken a fool or a kid?

I have no doubt that my rights of being part and parcel of this magnificent historical institution as a student and a citizen of the Pearl of Africa have been impitched on & violated an act I can no longer contain after all there's no justification in this Legally.

I must also say that at the beginning of this academic year following my challenges as a visionary student and leader which gave me option to come back and Reclaim my Law Dream following the reparcations of the economic depression that never gave me chance to sit all my exams as a student of DIP Law Eve/2008/09 in names the of Kivumbi Ernest an issue that I informed the Director (Mr. Elijah Wante) in writing around early Dec 08;
I gave this photo-man a prescribed fee for a new Identity Card having lost the 2008/09 in a theft incidence that claimed many of my vital documents which were in a briefcase including my certificate of being the Most Social LDC Student 2008/09; which Theft case I reported to CPS under SD Ref 22/19/09/09.

In my clear and thorough detailed words I told this man to make me the I.D in the shortest time possible because I am hindered from accessing so many places which include the American Embassy, World Bank Resource Center, Germany Embassy where I make my Research and on top pf that access Internet which I consider abroad way for finding people who can sponsor me not forgetting many offices/places that require Identification that I no longer access.
This gentleman promised to hand me over the I.D in three days; the kind of ID I told him and he accepted was of this academic year 2009/10 because we are soon ending the year and to be honest I am still a student because I must do my exams and on top of that I attend lectures regularly to have genuine preparations that's if I get the tuition as well-I need your prayers in regards to this.

In all this however, it’s almost a month now, the man has failed to print this ID and take it to the secretary to be stamped.
All my opportunities and activities are on standstill and I ask God why our country remains in Limbo amongst many African countries that are in the 3rd world.

This is the only region where you have to line up for hours to deposit money for payments in almost all institutions which include, UMEME, NWSC, Banks e.t.c.
This is the only country where you may be forced to bribe Passport officers after waiting for so long to get your passport, all institutions are corrupted, Bills in Parliament take long, cases in courts of law can’t be handled timely, Exam Results in Universities take too long,
 Payments for workers are delayed, NSSF hardly pays its clients, up to now many civil servants including War Veterans of Luwero & World War II still demand, yiyi even patients line up from sunrise to sun set for panadol-where are we heading for heaven’s sake?
Till when shall we live in our own land vagabonds or refugees?
No! No! No! Something must be done.

For God and My Country

Kivumbi writes to Sister, Also Seasonal Greetings to 2009 Uganda School Candidates

See more pictures of Kivumbi`s Family
Dear;
Little meek beautiful rich sis;
I know exactly how you feel about your big bro in compliance with time the time interval and gap prevalence.
Between you and I however is a strong concrete string of blood that can’t let us fall part even when we stay away from each other;
Blood will always be thicker than water.

I would like you to get it by heart Lillian, no matter the distance short or long that lies between you and I; Please believe -your name and image is engraved in the depth of my heart and the same to our youngest bro Emma in Nabingo.
Allow me take this time to acknowledge your effort and strength towards claiming a better future in regards to the choice you made in the academic stream line.
Books do not lie just like a hoe to a peasant.

I must appreciate how much you have sacrificed to make this attainable.
That’s why I hear from Hilda whenever she turns up for holidays that you’re brave persistent measures engulfing on right group friends, extensive revision time, charisma to approach teachers and on top of that your unbroken promise of fearing God can’t go unmentioned!

Just like President Museveni`s continuations agitations to meet the Kabaka for over four years coming to pass on 11:00Am wed-30th-Sep-09;
I am sure small sis I’ll meet you pretty soon and I mean it this time.

Lillian, tonight I do not just want to make more promises to you apart from reminding you a few things;
1- I must one day be a President of the "entire" United States of Africa, do not worry about Uganda.
2-Before I become a President, I must be a billionaire and still do not get worried I won’t rob Africa’s oil wells , mineral resources Banks and of course you know I have zero tolerance on corruption;
Ten years time will be enough and strictly ten for me to change Africa, revive its glory, conserve it`s beauty, nature and climate.
I have the potential to restructure and build qualitative and classified internationally comprehensive Infrastructure, delivers the basic health services, protect and preserve Human Rights in addition to property and lives and on top of that I must assure you, I’ve never dreamt and neither will I cling in power- for what my little angel?

May be you must also not forget that I am here for you; I mean all of you.
Brian, Emma, Lillian not forgetting our big sis Zipporah.
As a successor of Godfrey Kiwanuka Palton our dad; must be exemplary, work smartly not hard, loving, caring, guiding, praying, a blessing, comforting, advising, motivating, supportive, cheerful and whatever you may think about and I promise I’ll live do that.
I’ll not accommodate a lady in the names of wife (first lady) that’s if time comes who could do the opposite in regards to you and our beloved continent.

I am not yet there;
Finally I am still famboyant financially and also; coz some times I ignore visiting cafeterias, approach taxi parks or even access some other sustainable life accessories not because I don’t feel like doing so but many times my wallet remains in limbo!
You see; when desire exceeds ability or when ability exceeds desire, then the likelihood of success is limited.
Always a good general doesn’t only know a way to success but also understands when it’s impossible.

I am confident nevertheless, we shall get there and before becoming a president, I must be a happy billionaire and join me is the Democrat slogan "YES WE CAN!"
Lillian, since you’re also a candidate (S.4) in Buloba High, may you please allow me deliver the seasonal l massage through you to all P.7, S.4 & S.6 candidates year 2009 country-wide.

I wish you success but know that hard work comes with smart work and persistence inclusively.

You must promise me also tonight;
You’ll continue to live smart, healthy, careful and disciplined life.
Who knows whether Prof Gilbert Bukenya`s son or that of El-Sharon will be a brother in Law?
With your consent, I beg to post a copy of this letter on the Internet (MY URLs)

Long Live My Heroin!!!!
Lillian Leah Nakiwala

Sincerely

Uganda Opposition Giants Meet at Parliament, Kivumbi is Here 2 bring U Details!

INTER-PARTY CO-OPERATION (I.P.C) DIALOG, Future President Reporting 4 U!

10:00 Hrs GMT ,23rd Sep 2009 right in the parliamentary conference hall are clergy men, states men, steak-holders, the voices of the voiceless from different constituencies, international diplomats, men and women of vigor, substance and stature seated down in the name of IPC, call it Inter-Party Cooperation. I am privileged having been invited back to Parliament following yesterday’s hot debate rolling on Political Tolerance and Multi-Party Dispensation as we marked the U.N annual Inter-Parliamentary Youth Debates.
Hundreds of young men and women representing there parties and universities participated. I am obliged to extend my deep heartfelt vote of thanks to the Ugandan Parliament with the support of the U.N for having organized this important extra ordinary event.

I witnessed the Public Relations Manager Mrs. Helen Kawesa alongside her team gracing us with each a blown envelope containing a minimum of US $ 5 not forgetting a heavy lunch and breakfast to all the 300 delegates. 7 (40s) minutes after my arrival People’s Progressive Party (PPP) boss/Former Minister of local Government Hon Mzee Wakazi Bidandi Ssali arrives and he is joining his fellow eagles on the main table. Amongst his colleagues is UPC Hajji Badru for Mama Miria Kalule Obote the party president who is in another important meeting; Next is Justice Forum (JEEMA) boss Hon Kibirige Mayanja, Conservative Party President/ IPC chairman John Ken Lukyamuzi (The Man) also chairing this dialog, Then Forum For Democratic Change (FDC) boss Col Dr Warren Kizza Besigye, Democratic Party (D.P) president John Ssebana Kizito & finally at the extreme right corner of the table is Leader of Opposition in Parliament Prof Ogenga Latigo In the audience are two antagonistic tables and on right are delegates from the IPC and on the left are MPs then at the lower ends are delegates still. Being the next M.P Kampala Central come 2011, I have no option than to sit with my fellow MPs. Actually I have no time but to take you directly in the proceedings of this significant dialog and I am doing journalism work in exclusion of my participation just because I want it to be drawn to you. Right now Hon Mayanja is moving towards pulpit and in many important remarks he is making, I’ll extract a few for time sake. JEEMA boss has pointed out one f the proposed electro reforms that will give women an increment in regards to the present trend in which they it becomes difficult for them to execute their duties just because they serve many constituencies in a single entire district. “In case there representation in parliament is increased then there role will be off loaded some how.” He says. “I am sure if NRM would be in opposition today the proposed reforms would agitate for but the fact that it’s in power, its double standard.” He continues. Looking the current stories Mayanja wonders how a demonstrator can be charged and sentenced over terrorism. “Unless we work together, the chance of democracy to some in this country is at stake” he laments. And how we make is making sure the next parliament may not be dominated by the NRMs. He concludes by calling upon all his colleagues who haven’t joined the cooperation to so. But just before his intellectual diplomatic address, Col Besigye in his detailed remarks has emphasized a multiplicity of issue basing on the current winds of intimidation, suppression, torture, bad governance and all forms of constitutional & human rights violation speared by the current government of president Museveni that the time is now, he must go! Dr Besigye has criticized the NRM government for harassing, arresting and imprisoning journalists and members of press alongside mental and physical torture. “ I call upon Ugandans wherever there, be it in places of worship, in there own groups and homes to remain vibrant over the different things that Museveni and his men are have to you. You must boycott all government media, all news papers-New Vision, Bukedde, Olumuri, Etop , there radio stations Bukedde & New vision, Radio West and there UBC television. You must not give them adverts nor get hold of you money from your wallets and buy there products because no body force to buy, its your own money; Stop, stop! Till when they have established and independent media. They must reopen CBS and all other Fm stations. Continue to advocate for your rights and insist on constitutional and governance. FDC boss continued to spit fire against Museveni whom he claims-he’s an embarrassment and yolk to our country. “He must go, Uganda must be free.” He insists. Still before The Man would chair the dialog, he had to deliver his written speech to House and in his speech that many have regarded as a “time bomb” he has said we have no extra time left to contain all Museveni “brutality and arrogance.” “Museveni must understand that rights, natural rights are not grunted but must be respected and protected & the same to our magnificent constitution.”
The vocabulary of CBS and other Fm stations closed by the Government has not missed anywhere; in fact he has felt like crying! He has honestly cursed Museveni and his people in government for making Uganda a failed state. John Ken Lukyamuzi wasn't’t afraid to declare in remission of president Museveni`s 1982 bush war under circumstances of malpractice exhibiting in the then elections that “if he’s not aware, we too can resort to the bush when he rigs again, I can command”

KIVUMBI MEETS LAWYERS OVER 600 DETAINEES IN LAST WEEK`S RIOTS

Our legal petitioners, dear learned friends, great intellectuals of the East & Central African states.
I appreciate so much indeed the services rendered by your highly intellectual brains.as legal associations in different umbrellas that comprise of Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, Tanzania and other Law societies, the profession you hold ranks you close like gods;
You save lives like doctors, you refund money and property beyond financial institutions, move mountains and hills like scientific arsenals I mean where necessary you can command trees to fall, forests to grow, Rivers to flow and even animals to live!Restitution, compensation, penalty, sentences and orders are all at your will, gentlemen and ladies!

My name is Kivumbi Earnest Benjamin, your comrade in the struggle from Law Development Center striving for ends to meet.
The little time you have can`t allow explore who I am in details , this profession counts much.
What has happened in our home land for the last couple of days require not my explanation for hundreds of our country men and citizens are behind bars.
A good number of them have died in police cells, more of our comrades have been abducted, tortured and to different forms of inhuman degradation.
Journalists have been arrested, some of them have been hospitalised due to security organs` brutality.
Politicians are living in tension after many of them being kidnapped yet others sermoned and cautioned by intelligence person ells including some members of Parliament!
More are yet to be arrested, tortured and jailed.
Safe houses are widely opened to many of us, God forbid!
Nationals are wailing and telling we the young generation who never saw former dictator Al Hajji Amin Dada Oume that we are back in his g gun-men to shoot`t imagine a president telling gun-men to shoot to citizen demonstrators, what a shame!
Radio stations are closed down and as i speak fear, tension, misery, anarchy,an error we Remember in African history known as "Mfeecan" has befallen this nation!Families of the victimised need to be attended to learned Friends.
As a future president of this nation, a concerned citizen, son and grandson of the region, i can`t wait for this to aggravate.I hereby seek and appeal fro your intervention, it`s stipulated as you know that in such moments like these, this profession requires one to commit him/herself in offering willingly legal services at least without a penny.
It`s under this stipulation therefore that i consider it humanitarian ad authentic to ask you join hands, get to meet together on a table of brotherhood and resolve on how to extend legal representation to over 600 detainees in police custody and government prisons.
Earlier alone i appealed to may Human rights activists and organisations around the world and good enough they are now coming out to criticise the brutality and human rights abuse.
The government of Buganda i hear is in talks with Lawyers but i doubt whether the number needed will be enough.

We must act and the time is now.
Great AfricaGreat people.

Museveni Orders Closure of CBS Fm as Uganda brazes over Kabaka –Bugerere Question.

Museveni Orders Closure of CBS Fm as Uganda brazes over Kabaka –Bugerere Question.

89.2 & 88.8 Central Broad Casting Cooperation (CBS) Radio is right now off air following the Uganda National Broadcasting Council (U.N.C) deliberately blocking it’s signals.
According to Godfrey Mutaba the UNC Director by 18:19 GMT in press realize attributes this to on orders from intelligence organs.
However highly declassified intelligence corners stress the closure to be masterminded and ordered by President Museveni

“we do not know actually why the famous ,most desired and listened radio that covers as far as North Tanzania, Some parts of Kenya, not forgeting the Central Region and online (http://www.bugandaradio.com/) is closed temporally or permanently”
We are so perplexed about what has happened following reports from other local Fm Stations about Abby Mukibi`s (M.D) of the station little acquaintance for the closure of CBS.
This come at the time when Museveni is right now with Buganda Members Of Parliament in undisclosed discourse at the State House Entebbe over matters of the Central Government interference with the Kabaka visit in Kayunga- Bugerere one Buganda`s counties this Friday-Sep-09.

A few hours back, the Katikilo (Buganda Prime Minister) Eng Walusimbi has been blocked by Grace Turyagumanawe (Police operations commander in the central region) in his attempt to cross Sezibwa river into the region for conformity of the Kabaka visit.
This has created tension, fear & Uncertainty in the minds of not only the Baganda which has aroused countrywide riots and demonstrations leading to 6 people dead by time and leaving many others injured as the security organs brutality and unprofessionalism prevailed in the different organs including the Police, Military, Black Mambas, Uganda People’s defense Forces (UPDF) as they lashed, lively fired and teargassed the angry mobs.
All shops in Kampala by mid day closed when the vendors in Kiseka market opened the riot that has spread to the rest of the country.
All roads to and out Kampala are closed with burning tires and heavy hard particles.
Some buildings in Bwaise a city sub have been set ablaze and many Asian foreigners subjected to intimidation.

Ugandans in the Diaspora and all citizens of the world must understand that the situating is now out of country and I case I would call a press conference even if I am not the president I would declare a state of emergency.
In areas I have been able to travel and rich myself within ,near and outside Kampala in the last 3 hours immediately after my three day Youth Inter Party Cooperation (IPC) Workshop that has ended this evening, I have witnessed such a situation so horrific and deadly that the international community need snot to be invited.

President Museveni stands dually warned that he is not the first president nether is he the last.
“ if you think that you`ll take this nation back to where it has been (1966) then you`re on wrong history of life, in fact time has come and behold the time is now.”
“ Can`t you pity yourself, just go back, look 25 back in your pictures and see wether you even hard sandals in your feet alongside your men in the bush war!”
I must say still that the tie has come for when if spirits and ancestors do not come for you, then the winds and storms of change will deal with you and you`ll evaporate chemically and scientifically. Not even your children will be recognized any where under the sun”
These were the words I found a mzee lamenting in one of the surbabs of Kampala.

I call upon all religious leaders in there respective denominations within the country to declare a national prayer blanket.
I call upon Pope Benedict XVI, Hindi and Bud ha religious leaders, Pastor Benn Hinn and the Muslim international leaders and all others to commit this country in hands of Jehovah Almighty God.

The A.U, U.N, A.I, E.U, NATO and all international bodies must come before a genocide sets off.

The Confidence I Have I Ambassador Olara Otunnu

AMBASSADOR OLARA OTUNNU!
Two decades not at home could mean a lot to youngsters born in President Museveni`s regime.
To those who are twenty years like me would assume Ambassador Otunnu has a lot less felt, heard or seen about his mother land in the time he has been away.
Much as that is the issue, honestly Dr Otunnu could not be stopped to cry or smile with us in all events that have happened here no matter the distance!
From where he posed, he promises to proceed. The fight for democracy, real peace, prosperity and excellent governance.
We can’t undermine your struggle out there
we can’t underestimate the power in workshops you’ve held around the world on issues that concern our country;
The children in the North and the future of all Northerners amongst other things.
We can’t forget your era as a Guild President in Makerere;
How you stirred up the movement that insured safety from the university to the hospital (Mulago)
Your high ranking job in the U N
Your continuous article and publications on line.
I mean there’s a lot.
I would like to declare to the entire world and particularly Ugandan voters for 2011, that I have confidence that your opposition strength will definitely sink Museveni to abyss.
And this nation will be liberated from the hands of the tyrants and blood thirst individuals who have no single love for there country-come 2011.

all about justice and truth, and this is what we want,” Kabaka Muwenda Mutebi II addressing us continued to remind us of the Justice &Reconciliation committees which prevailed in African "Kabaka Ronald Muwenda Mutebi" regions.

The king cautioned that justice doesn’t imply that one should go and take over what doesn’t belong to him” you dare not intrude into your neighbors bedroom and get away with his bed, that’s not justice”

The inspirational 7 minute speech that the king delivered to us yesterday while at Lubiri Mengo was pact with a massage of hope & consistence Upon this he, stressed out that “ if one understands that the struggle for his possession is in blood, then no one ought to kill what’s inside him. “ Justice and truth must prevail in the way we govern our people in Buganda and Uganda as a nation and when we are fighting for the truth and what we own, it’s not easy to be diverted. These are our core values and must be cherished.”

The Kabaka’s remarks come at a time when the kingdom is experiencing a lukewarm relationship with the central government over the outstanding issues of federo, land, the return of the kingdom’s property, which the central government confiscated in the 1966, and the expansion of Kampala city boundaries into Buganda’s territory.

The Kingdom’s Parliament (Lukiiko) sitting on July 20 resolved to block the Kampala Capital City Bill, which seeks to give the central government control over the city and expand its boundaries. The Lukiiko also reinstated its demand for a federal system of government in the country and said it would not hold any talks with the central government unless ‘federo’ was part of the agenda.The kingdom’s stance and the Kabaka’s remarks yesterday could be seen as a direct reply to President Museveni who while appearing on a local Television station last month ruled out any more talks between the government and the Kingdom over demands for Federo, saying that the central government would not grant the kingdom a federo status, saying it would be like creating two states in one.The Kabaka stressed that the federal system of governance is a requirement for Uganda’s stability and growth adding that there is need to devolve legislative powers to regions. “In many cases people have heard us talking about federo and having some powers at Mengo. What we are trying to agitate for is justice. During the colonial times, colonialists at least tried to practice justice,” he said.The government has previously offered Buganda a regional tier, which the kingdom has rejected. The Vice President, Prof. Gilbert Bukenya, who represented the central government, commended the Kabaka for promoting unity amongst the Baganda. Pledging to register the kingdom’s concern, Prof. Bukenya said Buganda’s concerns were genuine and helpful for Uganda’s growth. “The kingdom’s federo concerns deserve dialogue and I will take efforts to register them to relevant authorities,” Prof. Bukenya said.http://kivumbi25.blogspot.com/2009/08/buganda-kabakas-coronation-16th.html

KIVUMBI TO DELIVER HISTORICAL SPEECH BEFORE PRESIDENT MUSEVENI AT LDC 36TH GRADUATION CEREMONY TOMORROW

http://kivumbi.vox.com/library/post/kivumbi-to-deliver-historical-speech-before-president-museveni-this-afternoon-on-ldc-37th-graduation.html Your comrades Jim Muhwezi, Moses Ali, and of course Hon Susan Nakawuki, Hon Odonga Otto who are finalizing there course here not forgetting future leaders like me who are still on the pursuit Your Excellency.
As I finalize my speech Your Excellency, allow me point out a few challenges our education and legal sector is particularly facing.
The authenticity of the matter is that Uganda’s laws are the most desirable and cherished in the whole of sub-Saharan, East and Central African region and that’s why countries like Rwanda and Seychelles are willing to pay Ugandans like Jus Kanyeyihamba to go and administer legal duties to there nationals- isn’t this great Your Excellency?

Much as that has been the issue , a vast number of students in our universities and high institutions of learning have succumbed to the call of nature when being forced to abscond from there courses under pressure for failing to meet the required tuition hence burying there long awaited dreams of childhood!http://kivumbi.blogspot.com/2009/07/kivumbis-historical-speech-before.html
