As I finalize my speech Your Excellency, allow me point out a few challenges our education and legal sector is particularly facing.The authenticity of the matter is that Uganda’s laws are the most desirable and cherished in the whole of sub-Saharan, East and Central African region and that’s why countries like Rwanda and Seychelles are willing to pay Ugandans like Jus Kanyeyihamba to go and administer legal duties to there nationals- isn’t this great Your Excellency?
Much as that has been the issue , a vast number of students in our universities and high institutions of learning have succumbed to the call of nature when being forced to abscond from there courses under pressure for failing to meet the required tuition hence burying there long awaited dreams of childhood!http://kivumbi.blogspot.com/2009/07/kivumbis-historical-speech-before.html
