Congs Monica, I hereby delightfully express my authentic joy towards you having emerged one of the stars in 2008 Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education Exams.
The NewVision, Uganda’s Leading Daily Paper on Friday-27th-20090 recognised your victory on page 9 A. Level Results with a bold written heading;
“Nabisunsa star eyes presidency” and he was Raymond Baguma and Stella Naigamo reporting.
The page goes ahead to show your dad Mr Moses Otyek (Retired Director in Education Standards Agency) and your mother Mrs Anne Otyek congratulating you.
My A. Level History, Ecomomics, Literature/Divinty (HEL/D) combination didn’t deny you 25 points upon which you claim Law at Dar-el-saam or Makerere University specialising in Family Law at which you confess;
“I like children and I do not want them to suffer.”
It was 2007 when I excelled in that very combination which grunted me Law at Law Development Centre and I hope to either join Harvard’s where my colleague Barrack Obama studied or Makerere University.
My major concern of holding a pen and introduce myself to you is that in your ambitions to be called the Head of State one day, know that there’s some one too who is pursuing the same interest and I would welcome you to join me because I can’t despise humble beginnings like yours.
Lets work together perhaps you’ll be the Vice President in my Government.
