Ronald Mayinja
At exactly 7:47Pm His Magesty arrived amidst tight security with the Royal guards on a convoy.

You can`t believe it,the diginty that Kabaka poses can`t even be equited to that of the President.
I witnessed how Baganda &Buganda can not live without the king and on issues that cocern Buganda people vow to die!
Respectable and men of honour not bowing but lying down in respect of Him.
This was the first impression that fascinated me last friday evenning while at a cock tail party in honour of His Majesty Kabaka Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II on his 54th Birth Day Anniversary at Bulange Gardens where i had been invited by the (Prime Minister) Katikilo Eng J.B Walusimbi.
The Bulange Gardens Birth Day Anniversary followed the thanks giving service that took place at Namirembe Cathedral on Mon-13th-Apri-09 in the name of celebrating the 54th year of the life of His Majesty
For the first time in the History of my life i had never been so close to Kabaka as i was this time.
The king shook my hand as He welcomed a number of other Guests who were invited.
Amonsgt these was the Speaker of Parliament Hon Edward Kiwanuka SSekandi,Artoney General Hon Kiddu Makubuya,Foreign Diplomats who included the British High Commissioner,Germany Ambassador,Tanzanian Ambassador,Politicians like Hon John Ken Lukyamuzi (Conservative Party Boss),Mr Ssebaana Kizito( D.P) ,City tycoons and many Governemnt officials.
Pastor Wison Bugembe (Komawo Ekka) Messach Semakula (Njagala Nyimbire Omutanda) Ronald Mayinja ( Tuli Kubunkenke) and many more Music Artists entertained the Guests as Medi Nsereko Ssebuliba (Kiriza Obaga-CBS) did the M.C work with his Comrade.
Along side Nabagereka "Queen" who was dressed in a red glittering dress, the Kabaka served us a cake togetjher with Excellent Proffessional waiters &Waitresses who attended to us every after 5 minutes!
Kabaka was offered an Expensive huge Art piece by the Buganda Ministers and Kampala LCIII Chairman Mr Nyakana Amooti offered a luxury Royal speed Boat with words "Sabasaajja"
In His Prime Adress the King emphasised appreciations to CBS Fm Station for the tremendous work done as far as promoting kingdom issues is concerned.
Kabaka`s servants in different Buganda provinces were also appreciated whom He called "Eyes of the King"
He hit little on Buganda`s demands for his speeche was entirely appreciations.

I met and saluted the British High Commissioner and a number of other delegates and all i can say is thatmy attendence in person was so significant.
Long Live My King!
Long Live Buganda!

GOVERNMENT LOSSES BATTLE AGAINST UNEMPLOYEMENT KIVUMBI IS AFRAID!

GOVERNMENT LOSSES BATTLE AGAINST UNEMPLOYEMENT
BY KIVUMBI EARNEST BENJAMIN
THE FUTURE PRESIDENT/M.P KAMPALA CENTRAL 2011
2:05PM-2:45PM-FRI-03RD-APR-09 CITY CENTER COMPLEX

While Education institutions such as Universities continue to send graduates in the field, great number of them ends up on streets disappointed, losing confidence in them and regretting the time they’ve spent in schools.

The few available jobs have been reserved and offered to people of the same family and region-denying others chance to exploit the potential inside them and compete in the world of employment and struggle for survival.
If we are to focus on institutions like The Police,Army,Banks,Higher institutions of learning,URA,Public Service to mention but afew-it`s disappointment and a shame!

We are not afraid to confess that people from the western region have mostly dominated them and a few people from other regions if given chance to work in such institutions are of low or almost no positions.
They can’t exceed levels being Askars, secretaries, drivers, cooks, cleaners and when it comes to the army, police and prison-it’s worse because however much one can serve for a long time,he`ll never be promoted unlike our colleagues from those regions.
Who then should be blamed?

One would will come out and say Mr. Future President, their trained and fit for such jobs!
But I’ll challenge him;
You can’t subject some one to a situation where he/she can not even find what to eat and you expect him to send his children in better schools!
What will happen at the end is that the child will lack skills requiring him to work in those offices of good payment.

I blame the Government of Uganda for losing its fight against Unemployment and putting up better working conditions.
This is why all professions have decided to vacate their country, go abroad in search for greener pastures.
Can you imagine people we expected to serve their countries after attaining that doctorate or Law Degree on a peasantry’s taxi payer’s money!
One will automatically cease to be a surgeon in Mulago Hospital where he’s paid 1.5m and go in Libya or Sweden where he’ll earn 5m in a pleasant working atmosphere.

The Nationals of this country are jobless!
Industries and Government parastatals have been sold to foreigners who do not have interest in developing this country-they do not have Uganda at heart!
This is why they keep on repatriating the profits and employ their own people.
What then shall we have gained?

WAY FORWARD
This is what I would like to tell those few individuals who manage the resources on behalf of 32 million citizens;
As long as they do not create employment opportunities, a favorable working atmosphere and an equal distribution of the National cake the do not be surprised if when die, no state burial is given to them and I want to say their children and friends will be rejected in the society.
Time has come and the time is now when the standards of living of Ugandans must be changed by;
Giving the Local investors chance before the foreigners who can’t develop Ugandans.
Putting in place industries to create employment opportunities that will also boom agriculture.
Fair taxes imposed on Ugandans to bridge the gap between the rich and the poor.
Increasing sallies of civil servants.
Finally promoting and giving chances to individuals of other regions to work in such institutions like the Police, Army and ministerial posts.

AFTER THE GOVERNMENT ADMITING THE IMPACTS OF THE GLOBAL ECONOMIC SLUMP ON UGANDA, WHAT THEN SHOULD BE STEPS TAKEN? KIVUMBI ATTICULATES ISSUES!

WHAT THEN SHOULD BE STEPS TAKEN?

The Government should finally compensate all Ugandans who have lost funds in companies like Micro Care, Greenland Bank, GTV....

AFTER THE GOVERNMENT ADMITING THE IMPACTS OF THE GLOBAL ECONOMIC SLUMP ON UGANDA, WHAT THEN SHOULD BE STEPS TAKEN?
KIVUMBI EARNEST BENJAMIN
THE FUTURE PRESIDENT/M.P KAMAPALA CENTRAL 2011
2:05PM-2:45PM-FRI-03RD-APR-09 CITY CENTER COMPLEX

At one time I asked myself whether the President had paid his advisors on the Economy or not!
And incase that was so whether they were doing their work or not!
It was an embarrassment for the whole President of the Pearl of Africa, a member of the U.N Security Council, African Union and being the Chairman of the Common Wealth to come out publicly and express his doubt about the existanceand impact of the Global Economic Crunch on our poor African Country as if he had no eyes to realize what was going on while Companies started shutting down and an increasing number of employees given letters of dismissal

It’s on record that I came out and went to State House to advise him but only to find that he had traveled-I instead left a letter which I believe he read though didn’t respond.
Because after some time he admitted that the credit crunch was real during g the A.U Summit in Ethiopia this year.

We can’t keep quiet silent while Ugandans continue to be cheated and no resolution made to curb the phenomenon yet the people that the 1995 Constitution gives the mandate and responsibility over the citizens are reluctant!
Up to now nothing has been done after the closure of GTV yet Ugandans were cheated and left in tears without notice only to read in papers the following day that it was no more.
We shall also not keep quite while companies like and financial institutions like Greenland Bank, Micro Care and charitable organizations like COWE as they claim wind up after cheating Ugandans.

I would like the President of Uganda and his comrades in the Government to come out and put strict and when I talk about strict I mean strict laws to all companies who may be willing to run their businesses in this country;
Find whether they have adequate funds otherwise we shall continue to demolish our schools like Shimon in the name of those broke Investors like Alwareed yet our children are crying.
The Government should also make frequent thorough monitoring of financial institutions and other companies to find out their performances such that in case they close, the public is warned before but not to happen like a night mare.
The Government should finally compensate all Ugandans who have lost funds in companies like Micro Care, Greenland Bank, GTV and others because it must take responsibility as the Constitution stipulates.

PARLIAMNET INVITES KIVUMBI AS IT LAUNCHES THE UGANDA PARLIAMENTALLY DIALOGUE ON DEVELOPMENT.

SCORECARD ON COMBATING CORRUPTION: IS UGANDA WINNING THE FIGHT? WHY OR WHY NOT?

Mayor Sebagala

Dr Matembe & Justice Ogoola PARLIAMNET INVITES KIVUMBI AS IT LAUNCHES THE UGANDA PARLIAMENTALLY DIALOGUE ON DEVELOPMENT.

Corruption is one of the deadly viruses stronger than HIV/Aids that destroys the entire soul of man unlike Aids that eats up the body!
It’s a cancer that has altered almost every African country wiping away morality from the face of the Earth.
Behold the time is there’s no any other time and we are saying the time is now.
We shall fight it up to utmost end.

These have been some of the views articulated this morning at Parliament as it launches the Uganda Parliamentally dialogue on Development funded by the World Bank and the Parliamentally Press Committee.

Over 300 Members of Parliament, all foreign Ambassadors and Government officials were expected to attend this important workshop today but the turn up was poor.
By 9:00Am the official time for commencement only Justice Kanyeihamba had arrived I must report.
As an individual I moved in 15 minutes latter when the Swedish Ambassador had just arrived too but latter alone a number of other delegates arrived and this was the kicking off of the Day’s Agenda.

The topic stated: SCORECARD ON COMBATING CORRUPTION: IS UGANDA WINNING THE FIGHT? WHY OR WHY NOT?

Mr James Odongo the Uganda Parliamentary Press Association (UPPA) made introductory remarks followed by Hon Henry Banyenzaki.
When Ms Kundhavi Kadiresan the Country Manager of World Bank, Indian by Nationality who also has been serving the world Bank formerly in Indonesia stood said that the few remarks say –done on some analytical work they have done in Uganda is at school level and in one of the District they found out on average.
Each school has 11 teachers.
In 2002/03 a survey was made and found out that 3 teachers (on around 27%) were absent, and a November 2006 survey found that only 21% of the teachers are in a classroom teaching.
The Government is also losing the equivalent of Ug Shs 26 billion per year or 37% of the FY 2005/06 Primary Health care wage expenditure on workers who are always absent at their health places of work.
In spite of all this, the World bank promised to inject funds to Uganda though some of us objected that latter -in such a country that corruption is a culture foreign donations have to be monitored.

Hon Katusi presented his colleague’s speech Hon Justice James Ogoola who failed to resurface for some other credential commitments there after.

“ Can you imagine such a man (Mayor Sebbagala) whose corruption is from blood to be made the Mayor of Kampala!”

I I warned Ugandans right from the beginning when he was arrested in America over forgery that he should not be compromised.
I however told my comrades that he would be welcomed like a Hero at the Airport because Ugandans do not know what they want, and that is what happened.”
I swear you will continue to cry, I tell people of Kampala.
Former Minister of Ethics and Integrity also Parliamentarian Hon Dr Maria Matembe who has been one of the main discussants said as she attacked the First family also over corruption.
She also attacked current Minister of Ethics and Integrity-Hon James Nsababuturo for absconding from the meeting yet he has been one of the main discussants after knowing that Matembe is coming. Though it addressed by Mr Charles Mwanguhya-Monitor publications that he had gone for State duties in the State House.
This lady as usual amused us, she left the entire House in laughter-anyway she has a cause.
Mr Angelo Izama, Manager K-Fm also made interesting remarks.

As an individual I reserved my remarks or 27th-MAR-09 Friday Press Conference as I would loose my temper and burst so many individuals including the President himself if I have been to discuss about a crucial and sensitive topic like this.

I interacted with the Swedish Ambassador who liked my Presidential aspirations during the lunch reception there after.
The World Bank Country Manager also appreciated me for being courageous despite the Political intimidations in the country during a dialogue with her.

I shook the Prime Minister’s hands (Prof Apollo Nsibambi) as well as the Security minister Amama Mbabazi who were entering the Parliament as I moved out.

She has stood a test of time even when her husband has been in dilemma for severe political demagogue.
She has been good to all people a cross Africa in all her transition but since life is a journey; she has completed one most especially when she’s been needed.

Stress had its toll on me up to now I’m still short of words to explain how much I feel-but her death was one traumatic experience.
She owe a debt to us all, for delivering Zimbabwe to a just and uncorrupt arena

May her patriotic soul still haunt the goddess of African unity for eternity.

MONICA AKULLO NABISUNSA GIRLS SCHOOL 2008 U.A.C.E STAR DECLARES UGANDA FUTURE PRESIDENCY AS KIVUMBI EARNEST BENJAMIN WORKS TOWARDS THE SAME GOAL.

Congs Monica, I hereby delightfully express my authentic joy towards you having emerged one of the stars in 2008 Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education Exams.
The NewVision, Uganda’s Leading Daily Paper on Friday-27th-20090 recognised your victory on page 9 A. Level Results with a bold written heading;
“Nabisunsa star eyes presidency” and he was Raymond Baguma and Stella Naigamo reporting.
The page goes ahead to show your dad Mr Moses Otyek (Retired Director in Education Standards Agency) and your mother Mrs Anne Otyek congratulating you.

My A. Level History, Ecomomics, Literature/Divinty (HEL/D) combination didn’t deny you 25 points upon which you claim Law at Dar-el-saam or Makerere University specialising in Family Law at which you confess;
“I like children and I do not want them to suffer.”
It was 2007 when I excelled in that very combination which grunted me Law at Law Development Centre and I hope to either join Harvard’s where my colleague Barrack Obama studied or Makerere University.

My major concern of holding a pen and introduce myself to you is that in your ambitions to be called the Head of State one day, know that there’s some one too who is pursuing the same interest and I would welcome you to join me because I can’t despise humble beginnings like yours.
Lets work together perhaps you’ll be the Vice President in my Government.
As soon as you finish this article in any of the Newspapers just go directly to your Laptop and type my name Kivumbi Earnest Benjamin in the Google link, you`ll have got me alternatively type www.ugpresident.blogspot.com/www.kivumbi256.blogsptot.com.

HOW STRONG IS THE NIGERIAN, BRITISH HIGH COMMISSIONER AND PERHAPS PRESIDENT MUSEVENI ON IMMUNITY AGAINST PROSTITUTTES PILED ASIDE THEIR RESIZIDENCES?

HOW STRONG IS THE NIGERIAN, BRITISH HIGH COMMISSIONER AND PERHAPS PRESIDENT MUSEVENI ON IMMUNITY AGAINST PROSTITUTTES PILED ASIDE THEIR RESIZIDENCES IN NAKASERO?

Usually in western powers when a leader of high/low profile gets caught up in a scandal, the likelihood of him/her stepping down is 99%.
This is so healthy-in fact a sieve up on which qualities of leadership are subjected to scrutiny and being challenged constitutionally.
We expect leaders to be exemplary since their contemporaries trusted them with authority and power to lead them and in case a person of such authority exhibits incompetence in running the office by the virtue of his/character, then there’s no any other alternative to resign.

Recently the Israel Prime Minister Mr. Ehuud stepped done over allegations of miss use of office. We can not equally so forget how U.S Ex-President Bill Clinton surrendered office in sexual scandals with Monica Lewinsky.
Malaysian high profile lady couldn’t with stand the last week’s monster journalists who intruded into her privacy and showed the world her naked body, she resigned!
All this certainly shows how leaders should conduct themselves while in their positions big or small.

Well, last week on Friday 20th/Feb/09 about 8:30pm when I had finished my evening lectures at L.D.C I decided to pop up to Kololo at Prof Nyakana`s residence where our Friday Acrobatic Mission Fellowship took place this time. I however decided to walk using Nakasero roots, Golf Course, Protea Hotel and finally to the Airstrip.
But while near the State House, I thought about how the sending of the First Lady in over 300 miles from Kampala all the way to Karamoja North Eastern Uganda as Minister at the same time Member of Parliament would leave the President lonely and isolated! But then I wondered what that would mean after citing prostitutes flocked near by his residence. And while I still got worried, I also remembered his neighbor the British High Commissioner.
Anyway I committed them in the hands of God.

While I still moved I realized that the Nigerian High Commissioner too was in trouble. His residence is near Fairway Hotel and at this point I felt so compassionate since it was like that was the base for these harlots, God forbid that the man of God is exposed to such an environment.

They-the prostitutes, sharply gazed to the future President who gave them a cold shoulder and I continued my way.

I want to be strict over this, if in case one of these high profile characters is found messing up with these harlots, let him cease to a leader, step down and those deported because we have always been emphasizing their elimination on Kampala streets and Nation wide but it’s like the president wants them to stay having taken no step against their presence!
How strong are they?
Wichcraft, Graft, Corruption, torture and sexual scandals amongst leaders should be a reason for them to step down in case proved guilty-Laments Kivumbi Earnest Benjamin-The Future President.

Buganda`s demands are justfiable says Kivumbi

BUGANDA`S DEMANDS ARE JUSTFIABLE-Says Kivumbi.....

BUGANDA KINGDOM

The kingdom of Buganda is one of the largest on the soils of Africa with her people called Baganda among the Bantu-speaking group of People.
Its rise was at the expense of the downfall of Bunyoro Kitara Kingdom that had stretched to as far as Karagwe-Nothern Tanganyika was concerned under King Kabalega.

At the coming of the white man (Brutish) in early 18th Century, the kingdom emerged more strong and stronger and it became the heart of Uganda with Adminsitrative, Commerial and most executive residential Centres allocated in it.

In 1900 our ancestors witnessed the famous Buganda agreement that was signed in recognising the colonial leadership.
In 1962 when Uganda attains her Independence with Kabaka Mutesa 1 as the first President.
The nation succumbed to so many presidents in a short while till when 1981 Obote the by then President heard roomers of a rebel group in Luwero forests that he gave a cold shoulder claiming that they were only scouts making there jokes in the jungles.
It was however a surprise that the twenty seven scouts
As he thought took over power under son of Mzee Amos Kaguta in 1986 and in 1996 after the 1995 constitutional ammendement, president Museveni transformed from a millitarian into a civilian ruler following the 1996 elections that he won by 79%. He has since then been the president.

Among the restorations he made to Buganda which gave him a very influential hand of support during his bush war were enabling the restoration of kingship and we witness the inauguration of the Kabaka in 1994 at Nagarabi. The Lubiri (Palace) that had been occupied by the army barracks since the reign of Amin Dada-Filed marshal along side Amasiro-Kasubi tombs amongst others such as Kabaka`s lake in Rubaga-Mengo, Bulange court were also returned.

In spite of that all, Buganda has unceasingly demanded for the return of the 9000 square miles, recognising Kampala City as part of Buganda and biggest of all the federal system of governance.
The demands of Buganda have involved so many meetings with the State but the productivity of it all hasn’t been reached so far.
The N.R.M Gent keeps on making not only endless but empty promises and has used times of elections to assume more serious over grunting Buganda it’s remaining claims. Ironically after the winning all elections, it doesn’t want anyone to mention them again!
Mengo Royalists have reached to the extent of saying that all policies that the government initiates are pressing Buganda on the wall with the recent proposal of land Bill tabled before Parliament.

Once the richest, most powerful and influential Kingdom has now been manipulated by greedy politicians. Today the parents who always offered tuition for their children and relatives can’t make it anymore. The income generating activities such as livestock/agricultural activities have been greatly neglected by the Government giving no chance for Buganda to be in position of producing an elite generation who would be capable of
Sustaining, leading and developing the Kingdom and the entire country.

To those who have pressurised the government in talking about issues that pain Buganda have been detained and subjected to torture by the government security organs such as the Police, C.I.D, C.M.I, Black Mamba, P.G.B the list is endless.
The likes of Betty Nambooze Kireke, Charles Peter Mayiga, and Medadi Lubega Segona amongst others haven’t survived the agony that the government inflicts against them.
C.B.S presenters such as Sozzi Kaddumuka Jero (Mambo Bado-Programe) Medi Nsereko Sebuliba (Kiriza Obagana) to mention but afar have been summoned several times and intimidated by the government on charges of inciting violence because they talk about Buganda issues.
Can you imagine the Radio has been more than twice cautioned for closure!

Buganda`s claims are justifiable

Says Kivumbi Earnest Benjamin, future President of Uganda.

Ability will always push one at the top but it only takes character to get sustained there and what goes around must surely come around.
“Little did we know that our own people would fight us?” How mustn’t we have known the power that would defeat the warriors we selected and pushed to the battle front!
The Kingdom once assured for amazing victory, only to witness conspiracy, he’s a traitor -God forbid, what are you talking about Hon Bwandara?

I wouldn’t mind you not being on the opposition but you have a case to answer.
Alas! 2011 hasn’t contained you-you can now witness the reparcations.
He who swallows a udala seed should vary the size of his anus.Signitures to push you out of Parliament will reach 40, 000 I tell you.

Mengo has never been happy at the very day you started chairing the land committee.
Man of Kabaka! Listen sir, don’t give chance for the devil or else your children will be rejected by the society if you don’t cool down.
We told you that were not interested in the land bill, why then don’t you chill!

He who has ears should listen to what Buganda and Uganda says.

FOR GOD AND MY COUNTRY.

THE 3RD WORLD WAR-EMANATING IN GAZA!

Hundreds of thousands of children being killed by Isreal Prime Minister in Gaza.

why should be like this? Answer

Mr Barak Obama. over 300 children!

The world needs to understand now that the United Nations (UN)is more less like it`s father-League of Nations(LON).

Even a blind man can nowrfecognise how it has become a detootheless barking dog in such a time when we expect it to consider and take action against ISREAL for it`s brutality exposure inthe in Gaza strip!

Since December last year hundreds of innocent civillians have succumbed to death inthe Isreal bombastic attacks claiming to be hitting the HAMAS,God forbid!

You can`t convince the future Prezident of Uganda that after the U.N S ecurity Council siting and over eleven part from the U.S.A that never took side that That BOY Israel can urdamantly refuse to adhere to the U.N resolution descission.

If nothing hapens in the next two weeks time i have already informed students of Law Development Center to come ouit n demonstrate with me.

We shall take our petitionto the U.S Ambassador to Uganda to be faxed to President Obama.

We shall tell the Minister of Foreign Affairs to stop diplomatic relations with Isreal and finally request the Speaker if Parliament to have a moment of silence in commemoration of the deceased in Gaza before thye next parliamnetally sitting.

God save Palestine.
